HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
The delivery time is approximately one week (for all countries). Usually it takes about 2 days to process the order, and another 2–5 business days to ship it. The delivery time may be longer if the product is out of stock. Contact us at info@knutgadd.com if you want to know more. Kindly note that we do not take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by our suppliers.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID?
The warranty for Knut Gadd products is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Kindly note that the warranty does not cover discharged batteries, shattered glass, normal wear and tear or aging of any part of the watch or strap. In order to claim the warranty you have to get approval from Knut Gadd by sending an e-mail to info@knutgadd.com.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with something you have ordered, you have a 14–day exchange period after you have received the goods.
The right applies if the product is unharmed and in its original box. Otherwise, a deduction for the goods decreased value will be made upon repayment. Send us an e-mail before you return the goods to info@knutgadd.com. State your order number and reason for the return.
When you return an item, the original box and a note with your name and order number must be included in the package. Send returns to Knut Gadd Tullgränd 4, 111 30 Stockholm if you are located in Sweden. If the return is made from another country, please send an e-mail to info@knutgadd.com to get information about the return address in your country.
The customer is responsible for return costs and transport risk. The full amount is refunded as soon as we have received the return. The money is returned to your account within 14 days.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel your order: Please contact us at info@knutgadd.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return costs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once your order has been processed and sent you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking number to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order.
WHICH COUNTRIES DOES KNUT GADD DELIVER TO AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Knut Gadd offers free shipping worldwide. Customary charge may occur outside of EU.
ARE THE WATCHES WATERPROOF?
Yes, all Knut Gadd watches have 5 ATM, which means that they are dustproof and waterproof (they withstand short ”dips” in water).
However, we recommend that you remove your watch while showering or bathing since its density is affected by age and external factors.
WHAT MOVEMENT DO YOU USE?
Knut Gadd uses superior Japanese quartz movements in all watches (battery driven).
